Well, aside from the ones stickied here, Paragon Wiki has a pretty good section on base editing:

I don't know if anyone's actually ever done a complete breakdown of all the base item sizes.

It doesn't have sizes but it is pretty much up to date with power, control and cost.

Google kept taking me to pre Issue 13 pages

In order to have the best of both worlds, you can use google and force it to restrict the results to the correct site. If you wanted to search for base items, you would search for:
base items site:paragonwiki.com
Amusing, when I first typed the above text and previewed it, it looked like this:
base items site
aragonwiki.com
