Need Help with Fire/Rad Build
What do you usually use your Frad for? Teaming, solo, farming, etc?
I purped mine out- it didn't seem that expensive, although I love playing mine, so my flow of influence is pretty steady.
Those HO Enzymes, if you dont have those already, WILL be expensive and hard to come by. I've been on 25+ raids and yet to have one drop >:-( On my server they run close to 100 mill a pop.

The markets are NOT server specific (apart from NA and EU). If you are a Virtue hero, you can sell to and buy from Freedom heroes, etc.

And the market is cross-server. The stuff for sale on Freedom is also for sale on Guardian or Justice. Only the Black Market and Wentworths are separated, so stuff for sale Blue-side is not available Red-side.
LOCAL MAN! The most famous hero of all. There are more newspaper stories about me than anyone else. "Local Man wins Medal of Honor." "Local Man opens Animal Shelter." "Local Man Charged with..." (Um, forget about that one.)

Good to know about the markets. I'll check the synthetic ones, and see if I can't finally get the three Enzymes I've been craving for so long.

I mostly use this guy for teaming though I would like to be able to solo effectively. I'm not looking to solo av's at this point, but I would like to have perma am/hasten and not run out of endurance. I guess I would like to be self-reliant on teams since I enjoy being the support but feel I'm no use if I keep running out of end or dying. I also would enjoy being able to do some moderate farming, but am not here to ask for someone to post a farming build just to help me readjust a few things with mine. I know there are a lot of builds for this AT combo, but I am trying to learn how to do this myself not simply copy someone else's build. Thanks for the quick replies and again any help offered is greatly appreciated
I'd take Fallout over Mutation myself. Especially in the end game, rez's are everywhere. There's dozens of ways to rez, self rez, group rez, etc etc. There's only one way to turn a corpse into a potent nuke/debuff!
It's totally a playstyle thing, but Fallout is a FUN power!

Ok I just hit lvl 47 and am ready to respec/enhance. I looked at some of the other builds and tried to make something off of those, however seems like they are using purples which I am trying to avoid at the moment. The build I came up with is already expensive enough with the addition of a couple of lotg recharges and the miracle/numina recovery io's. The gamblers I'm not as worried about since I can easily get those with merits. Still even at this I've had what looked like some major end issues in my mids build. Is there any way to make a good fire/rad controller without investing 1bill+ of inf. into it? Here is what I came up with so please feel free to change anything around...I am open to any suggestions at this point.
