Well,personally id have to ask,what do you want out of the performace of your Stalker?
More importantly,which one can you see your self enjoying more?Thats the more important question.
ELM has better AoE for PvE and crazy Thunderstrike damage for PvP.
Go with that.
For secondaries, I recommend WP, Regen, Nin. Each one has it's unique traits and weaknesses. WP is generally cheaper to build to decent usage. Regen and Nin cost a bit more, but can be quite effective once you get them there.

Both EM and ELM hit pretty dang hard, but Total Focus only gets a 30% crit bonus while TS has a 50% chance for 100% bonus crit damage. A good jousting TS can ruin someone's day. Not that EM is bad at all. I still use it for my stalkers, but that TS crit is VERY nice to pull off.

Im lookin between these 2 sets for pve lvling and some pvp fun. I really dont know which to take and id like to hear some ideas on good secondaries. Can i have some info plz.
