Using Domination after a crash

Howdy, all.

I was wondering if activating Domination after a crash from another power, Surge of Power for example, would refill your endurance. Would the recovery penalty from the crash prevent the END refill from Domination?

I have evil intentions of turning into an uber-gremlin, going berserk and then coming back as a hopped-up dominator after the transformation wears off

It's my understanding that the Domination endurace refill works the same way as popping blue inspirations (give you X endurance, not recovery) and I speak from experience on my Electric Brute that popping a blue post-Power Surge crash WILL give you endurance. I don't see any reason why Domination wouldn't.

In all reality it "should" return the End, however, you still won't have recovery so you can burn thru the end pretty quickly (depening non your actions and any toggling/retoggling)

From experience I can tell you..it refills the end bar after a heavy end crash. I had the Mu mastery pool on both my mind/energy and fire/psi for awhile.
