Each proc is limited to once per 10 seconds. If you've got multiple procs, all three perfor the check at the same time.

Just for clarification, there is not a 10 second 'LIMIT' on procs. Its just that toggle or rain powers check when they are cast and then every 10 seconds during the duration. I say that, because if you have fast recharging normal powers (like fire cages) it goes off every time you cast the power which can be more often that 10 seconds. I have two procs in fire cages I think, I have 3 in Char though. Heck its now a damage power with two regular and a purple proc in it.

I couldn't find the answer to this by searching.
I know there is a 10 second limit on procs so that is the most rapid they can go off. But if three were slotted into a fast ticking power, in this case Freezing Rain, would the power be limted to one trigger per ten seconds or would each proc be limited?
