I did, but I dunno if I still have access to the screenies I took (computer trouble, having to use the laptop currently, which doesn't even support the game).
My submission may not even meet the criteria. It's kind of an odd case.
(I'll see if I can dig up screens.)
EDIT - Ok, I had fortunately saved them to my flash drive, so here's what I did:
None of the decore is actually Holiday themed, it's kind of just a little surprise (a 'Gift' if you will) when you open up the map.
As simply(spartan) as it is, there are a few very nice effects created in the base:
Looking down one of the central corridors (from one end to the other).
The reflecting pool at the hub of the base.
The entire idea of the base was to showcase that room layout can be just as important to the overall 'feel' of the base, as the decorations.

Yeah... I actually really ***HATE*** the way the archways look in the overhead shots, but what can ya do?

If you ever end up watching while I build, you'll notice that I tend to jump from area to area working on different things at random. Tends to help break up the tediousness.

As long as you're not trying for all the bells n whistles you can do pretty well even with relatively limited prestige.
(The base I decorated for the Holiday Contest wasn't mine as my SG didn't have enough prestige to pull it off. Leandro from here ont he forums let me use an old VG base he had access to. The design uses a LOT of Defense rooms, which are VERY expensive. Just the room layout alone cost somewhere between 8 and 9 million prestige (about double what my SG has) that's not even counting energy/control items, let alone what few decorations I used)
I'd probably have been willing to work on your base, but unfortunately my computer appears to have keeled over on me (on a laptop atm, which can't run CoH) so I won't even be able to log in for who knows how long.

Did you enter the holiday contest for best outfit or room in a base ? I would love to see the entries and since no one else can enter as of Jan 3rd I figured now it would be ok to ask to see the entries.
