I need to get a 33 and maybe a 25 plan for my WP/electric tanker. I'm at level 13 and have no plan at all besides knowing what powers to avoid. Her only theme is that I want her to have defense and not be a ghost.

I'm not sure about the tanker forum, but posting for help with a level-freeze toon's IO build gets only the sound of crickets chirping. Too alien for them.

OK, very approximate build on my L36 Fire/Ice blaster [for Noght]:

Fire Blast: 6 frankenslots (overslotted to work well at low levels)
Fire Breath: 5 frankenslots
Fireball: 5 frankenslots
Aim and Buildup: 2 slots of recharge
Blaze: 6 slots, mostly Thunderstrike
Blazing Bolt: 5 slots
Inferno: 5 slots (extra Rech)
Ice Sword: 4 slots
Ice Patch: 1 slot, rech
Shiver: 3 slots, acc/slow/rech
Sprint: 1 slot, stealth
Hover: 2 slots, speed and -KB
Flight: 1 slot
Health: 4 slots, one Regenerative Tissue + 3 heal
Stamina: 3 slots
Hasten: 2 slots

It's your really basic "Blow them up before they know you're there" blaster build.

so, what do you think a Fire/Regen scrapper should build towards as a locked low level? should he try to layer some mitigation or get lots of recharge?


The more people I meet, the more I'm beginning to root for the zombies.

I always think that regens should go for recharge and +HP since they don't really start with any mitigation other than regen and heals.
