Out of those I'd do either spine/nin stalker or spine/fire scrapper. Neither is the best, but it's the best of both sides from what you got, imo.
emp/elec.
team play is hard son.
Spines/Nin would be the best.
Arch/Dev would be your best blueside I think.
Emp/Elec and Ice/Storm could also work especially if you plan to team a lot.
