How do you view Rep add/deduction messages?

I recall I was at one point able to click USER CP and check messages that went with rep changes, and I cant seem to do it anymore. Am I forgetting something? How do I check these again? Just curious, thanks in advance if someone can enlighten me.

You have to click on the scales on each of your own posts to see any comments associated with +/- Rep now. There is no simpler way.

The ability to review all your rep in one place was removed by the devs some time back, in part (I believe) because of some abuse issues.

To view now, you can click on the "scales" icon next to any of your posts to see your total rep amount, and on individual posts if you want to see specific rep/feedback on that post. (Yes, it's a very cumbersome way of having to do it, but that's the way it's set up now.)

You can't. Apparently forum rep was a "game" (correct me if I'm wrong but don't we have an entire sub-forum designated for forum games called... erhm... Forum Games?) and instead of using it in a lighthearted manner people were actually *gasp* using it to judge the quality of posts and their posters. Since no one around here likes hearing anything that isn't heaping piles of praise, some people whined, and instead of just turning the whole system off like they should've done on day one they just disabled the ability to view comments en masse. I'm guessing the amount of whine has gone down as people are generally too lazy to sift through their posts to find which ones get rep.

It wasn't because of people whining over -rep that "wasn't heaping piles of praise", it was because some people were using it to slip under the radar and post anonymous comments that were abusive, rude, and blatant violations of the EULA.

This system is a "middle ground", where you can still find the comments if you want, but they're harder to find, so people are less likely to use them for inappropriate uses.

Doesn't seem like a very good solution to the "problem" at all, but thanks for the help. Amd DL13, I loled.

Except, under those circumstances, the reciever could easily report those situations. Just click on the "Report this post" button and leave the message "Rep comment by anonymous individual is horribly offensive, abusive and profane".
Moderator would see the comment, and who left it, since it was not anonymous to them. Problem solved.
