How viable are these toons in PVP these days?

the ice/cold maybe on teams, the sonic/dark can duel only certain builds, and yes on the psy/em
Sonic/dark is solid zones, and a pretty good dueler. Ice/cold sucks, and psy/em is a great blaster.
