If you buy the Super Science booster pack ($9.99) you'll have access to the Super Tailor, which allows you to change body types and scales. Other than that, I don't think there is a way to change the Height of a character after you have finished their original look.

I'm afraid your solution will cost US$9.99:
Super Booster III: Superscience! (now with added Science!) will allow you to change your character's height, body scales, and frame type (i.e., from male to female or huge) at special "cosmetic surgeons." But it costs about ten bucks.
