I'm pretty sure Ice blasting is awful now. At least it feels that way on my blaster.

Well honestly you won't dominate. But you will have tons of fun..
Yes ice is a little short on damage, but anything is workable now in pvp.

EDIT: As I put it, my Ice/Therm Corruptor is better at draining his own endurance trying to get a kill than actually killing anything.

umm yeah bib does less dmg than ice blast ....so um... yeah.
what do you guys think about this build pvp wise? what travel powers should I use for it, also what skill's/powers should I pick up and what do I absolutely need to dominate in pvp with this build? how should I slot it out.
