I tend to use it for the more nasty alphas when solo'ing; SM, BU, AS, slash slash slash. It was a squeeze to fit it in even after inherent fitness, but I'm glad I did. On teams, it's my 'embarrass the scrapper/brute/tank' power. "Oooooh you're DEAD; don't worry, I'll just clear this room and you can use a wakie."
