I think that was replaced by Temp Power: Ethereal Shift, which is 30 second intangible...
The WW/BM Transport powers also have a corresponding Inspiration on the market, but are not available either. Even though an item is removed from the game (or never even officially added), it is still in the database and still appears on the list. This explains all the lvl 53 IOs that show up on the list but are impossible to get as well.

Yeah, I just checked that out on the wiki. When you get a game this big, with ongoing development, there are always a few buttons on the closet floor.
