AEntertainment Tonight needs you!
You can do mine, but unfortunately, I probably won't hear it.
If you miss the actual show, it's archived for a full week after, so you can listen at your leisure.
The Abrams is one of the most effective war machines on the planet. - R. Lee Ermy.
Q: How do you wreck an Abrams?
A: You crash into another one.
Oh, that's cool. Totally want to hear about it then. Maybe get some more traffic.
I have an arc that I started and was working on over the weekend. The only problem is that it has Custom mobs on Extreme settings! It is ment to be run Task Force style, with a group of about 4-5 players. It is also suppose to be a variation of the Recluse Strike force, so of course that means Longbow, Malta and Vindicators. Not exactly the type of mobs one wants to face solo.
I need to rework a few missions. Maybe punch up some of the dialogue. Will let you know when it's ready.
Ah... Freakin' Hell...
This slipped my mind and I just checked the site to find that the episode that reviewed mine is gone.
Ya'll don't happen to keep back-ups, do you?
My Strike Force arc is just about ready. I need to work a bit more on some descriptions, and maybe some dialogue. But looking at the calendar it seems that tomorrow Thurs. 12/17 maybe the last show of the year. As the week after is 12/24 and the following week is 12/31.

Oh.
Cool.
Tune in tonight at seven for reviews of:
Mercytown
The Grim and the Green
The Long Road Back
Obsolete
And remember to keep sending in those arcs. Our submission queue has a rapid turnover!

I'll have to catch it on the site afterward. We'll probably be out Christmas shopping till late.
I just sat down and listened to the show for the first time, and there were three things I wanted to remark on.
Compared to the volume of the music, you guys talk entirely too softly. I had to keep adjusting my volume before and after every music break.
The loose ends in my arc that don't get resolved in more detail are because this arc takes place toward the middle of a much longer branching arc that has events take place before, after, and at the same time as this arc. But, until they allow custom character models with the peacebringer powerset, I can't really progress with the project.
Finally, I just wanted to say thanks.
I've submitted 2 new arcs for review.
Ares Strike Force arc id# 356041
This is much like the Lord Recluse Strike Force where you will need to take down Ms. Liberty. (Though for different motives.) It is villainous and you will most likely need a team to complete it. And it is best run that way.
Groups include: Longbow, Malta, Vindicators and custom group with extreme settings.
Jason and the Golden Fleece arc id# 356045
Hera is concerned about Jason and his quest for the Golden Fleece.
Setting: Heroic
Levels:25+ (though the last mission will feature foes in the mid 20 level range) This is based on the Greek myth and the Ray Harryhausen movie: Jason and the Argonauts
Groups include: Custom and Warriors. (Hummmm I wonder how they ended up in the mix? Play it and find out! )
For the uninitiated (few though there may be), AEntertainment Tonight is an AE review show that airs on KJSR.net Thursdays at seven PM. In it Rastafariman, myself and WRider (when he's able to come back) review several arcs and give out what we thought of them and how we rated them.
We had a few technical difficulties a couple of weeks ago that, when coupled with the holiday, led us to being off the air for a bit longer than desired. As such, the submission queue has dried up. Without listener submissions, we don't have a show.
If you have a published AE arc, we'd love to here from you! The submission form can be found here. We have something big on the horizon, but we need your help to get there. I'm looking forward to seeing what you all have out there.
