What would be the best way to obtain the Pirate badge solo without outleveling Veluta Lunata, as the Spectral Pirates all seem to be around level 15?

Solo? Going to be hard to do.

The Absolute Best Way is to get a level 50 to help you by herding up all of the fort's ghosts on a single trap and killing them.

In the Arena of Logic, I fight unarmed.

Personally, I view the arc as one for running in Flashback after you gained the badge later.

Hrm. Getting help is not likely.

I suppose I can just turn off XP once I reach level 14, and work on my debt badges simultaneously. :\

If you were on Virtue, I'd help. In fact, my level 50 could really use some good bait.

This character is on Justice. It's my first character on that server, and I don't know anyone there, so I'm on my own. Like I said, I'll give turning XP off once the character reaches level 14 and simulataneously working on my debt badges a try. :P I have a feeling it'll be long and tedious, but doable. Hopefully.

Just watch out for the bosses, the others aren't so tough. I've found other people are often willing to join up to help with that one as well. It goes very fast at any rate since you only need 10 of them.

Also, if you look during the day, there are usually 1 -3 ghosts around the fort, much safer than at night, but slower.

I can be found, outside of paragon city here.
Thank you everyone at Paragon and on Virtue. When the lights go out in November, you'll find me on Razor Bunny.

When the traps explode/overload, they can spawn EBs as well. Not well planned out, but we've talked about that.

This is the tactic I always use. I did it with a lvl 10. Most of the Ghosts around there for me were lvl 10-12. Admittly Guardian's red side is less populated than some other servers.
