What I'm wondering is this: He is running with a scrapper that seems to run in head first into fights, is he as an emp panicing and healing said scrapper as soon as he sees the health bar plummet?
What he needs to ask said scrapper is: Do you want me to heal you?
Some scrappers may say sure other will say no.
As one how has an addiction to scrappers I say play one before you decide that a scrapper is 'playing badly'.
I am a 'scrapperlock' type I run in and don't expect to be healed, save them for the tank and the squishies, I know what I'm running into and will have a way to save myself ( most times).
The OP needs to try more classes before deciding who is 'Playing badly.' Many players actually KNOW what their characters can handle/do and actually KNOW how to play said class.
