Is there a minimum level? (Other than 35, obviously, to get into the zone...)

There is no zone limitations for RWZ

Nice to see these raids are still going. I would love to see them more on Virtue, Justice, or Liberty. I work overnights so trying to find one in the mid morning is almost impossible. Anyone know of any?
