I dunno about a build as my nin mm is /pd, but one thing I do know for pvp is dressing your mm like one of the genin is a funny trick that works sometimes for an extra moment of confusion on your target. 
A friend of mine once named his nin mm after a badge (I forget the badge name) then named his pets after himself, then set the badge as his title, and some had trouble finding out which one was the real one before it was too late.
Sorry for not having any build info, but I thought you might find that comical.

I can't be of much help but I think Glue Arrow is important to PvP, it really makes it hard for them to escape the ninja's and the stationary debuffs from the arrows.

Here's a very rough build to consider. I opted out of leadership because your two most important Secondary Powers for PvP (Glue Arrow and Oil Slick) have no tohit check. So leadership for TA is optional (and unnecessary in my opinion.)
