I wouldn't bother slotting levitate. Move the slots from that into Temp invuln. If you can afford it 5 slot gladiators armor and for the last one keep the steadfast. 3 slot power boost. Add the last slot to stealth for 3 shield walls, 1 lotg, 1 karma. Oh and switch out Grant invis. for Invis. Invisibility is great for running, especially in zones. The build is great, but personally I would slot at least 2 range ios into heal other and absorb pain. Its personal preference but that helps immensely.

Not having confuse or tk really defeats the purpose of going mind. My current spec has lev, confuse and tk from mind. I took conserve and skipped recovery aura. On small teams or zones its a very strong build. Also if you are going to drop money on hamis get 3 membranes for fortitude.

Thanks for the tips, the toon is only level 1 atm so i got a while to think and adjust the build, only problem with fitting confuse in is ill lose around 100 HP if i get the membranes as well. Not sure how much it will effect it tho.
As an emp you really dont need confuse. You definitely need recovery aura.
As an emp you don't really need a hold, unless you want to mess with your teams mez suppression. Confuse is on a separate timer and is pretty much a placate which can come in incredible handy to break up spikes. You can live very well without rec aura. I could see a point for skipping confuse to take it though.
