Amusingly the London and Paris ones are now no longer those times though. DST kicked in over here (did it kick in over in the US yet?)

They've got one; it's just that they don't use it consistently.

The timeanddate.com absolute time calculator is excellent for this and the Community team were using it regularly (particularly Niviene) right up until about a month ago.
