New Teleport Temp Power - Teleport to Contact

The Mac (Valkyrie) Pac gave us the Mission Transporter so I thought 'Why not have a TP to contact power?'

Make it the same click duration as the Mission Transporter but with the same cross-zone 'range' and the job's a good'n.

I like it.

How would you earn this power? Put it in an upcoming booster pack?
Tie it to a Day Job Accolade? (<----my preference)

Oh hells yes. I would so want this. A dayjob accolade would be perfect for it, actually.

Okay, here's an Idea:

Blue-side Accolade: "Timely" Text: "You seem to turn up at the right place at the right time."
Badges: Commuter, Clubber.

Red-side Accolade: "Bad Penny" Text: "You always seem to turn up, like a bad penny."
Badges: Smuggler, Clubber.
