Here's what I'm toying around with, though I'm sure others could come up with a better build.

"One day we all may see each other elsewhere. In Tyria, in Azeroth. We may pass each other and never know it. And that's sad. But if nothing else, we'll still have Rhode Island."
Thx much. Ill compare it to my bros and mine
@KoolVirus
anyone know if powerboost buffs soothing aura for its duration?
edit:
also, dont you think its worth it to put some stun into cosmic burst since you have powerboost too? considering that you are a paindom and will want to attack less often. imo this is one situation that purples might be worth the price difference, maybe go without the damage proc and 1 less devas and use a couple absolute amazements to help set up targets.
Could use the acc/mez and dam/mez hamis for at least part of it. PB won't affect Soothing Aura since it's a regen buff not a heal in PvP.

PB does affect the aura.
In PvP? Odd... usually regen buffs aren't affected by things like PB, but it might be a hold-over from the PvE aspects where PB would buff the heal ticks.
