Mac OS X: numpad enter treated as regular enter key in binds
Please make sure you post this in the Mac Users section of the Forums under Player Help.
I didn't see anything there about it with a quick glance, but I may have missed it. CuppaManga or another Mac user may have a workaround.
Also, please make sure you file a /bug report and a support ticket on this as well including all of the information you listed here.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Heh I thought the numpad enter would never get fixed since it was so obscure I didn't think anyone else would have a mac and have a bind that relied on that key.

Since Issue 16 went live, the enter key on the numeric keypad is treated identically to the other enter key, instead of triggering a bind for numpadenter. This problem is specific to Mac OS X; I tried my keypad binds on a Windows sytem and all work properly.
System specs:
MacBook Pro
Mac OS X 10.6.1
2 GHz Intel Core Duo
1 GB RAM
ATI Radeon X1600
Apple USB keyboard
