Need input on ss/inv brute
Im no expert, but I can tell you that you will want to take Unyielding at 16, Health at 18 and move Resist Elements to 22. Also unless you have a reason that Im unaware of, I dont think you will need Acrobatics.
Good job on pasting the data chunk by the way. It's much easier to read.
First off, you don't slot sets that you don't need bonuses on like 4 slotting impervious skin, or goft of the ancients 4 slotted. When would you ever need debt protection? Also, why did you slot for Aegis when the psi res/def is so insignificant in the overall build you just made. When you build your toon, try to look for a goal. You cannot have everything on an invul. Since you're going for aggro holder, I suggest you build for higher melee/smash/lethal defense. That means 6-slotting touch of death, for example. If you want recharge, you don't slot impervious skin at 4, but at 5 so you'll at least get the 5% global recharge.
You have to let us know or let yourself know what you wnat in the build. Players have specified psi res/def builds for invul. Others have made super recharge for perma dull pain. Others have made it high on smash/lethal/melee... you ahve to let us know
I'm a fan of Hasten at 6 Stamina at 20 and Rage at 22 when leveling so something like.
01. Punch and RPD
02. Haymaker
04. Dull Pain
06. Hasten
08. Knock Out Blow
10. Hurdle
12. Res Elements
14. Super Speed
16. Unyielding
18. Health
20. Stamina
22. Rage
24. Temp Inv
26. Res Energies
28. Invincible
32. Foot Stomp
35. Tough Hide
38. Unstoppable
I feel the natural brute HP with Hasten backed Dull Pain is plenty to beat the easy mode game pre level 25. Once you get there it ramps up a bit but you'll have (almost) all your armor powers in 3 more quick levels anyway. Rage is at 22 because it's basically more annoying than it's worth before you can slot SO strength level Recharge and Stamina Enhancements. The difference, when you are running this build, between 21 and 22 is "night and day."
There are some gaps in there for you to flavor with pools of your choice. I've got 1 build with Medicine pool and another with Fighting. The Medicine pool build is nice on endurance for when you aren't IO tricked out. The Fighting pool with tough+weave is easy mode but rougher on end. You could also make a build where you get tough+weave style benefits from IO's and keep Aid Self or get Darkest Night too, etc.
Seeing that you already are running tough+weave in your current build try Kick at 30, Tough at 41 and Weave at 44 if you want to work them in. Also, since you don't seem to be a fan of Unstoppable you can drop it for Combat Jump to fit your old build even better. I don't think you will need more than Super Speed+CJ+Hurdle to get around, IMO, and you can always flashback a Jetpack or get one from a day job or bank heist or a myriad of other ways.

Built for S/L/F/C/E/N since i prefer to build on strengths instead poorly patching holes while neglecting the rest. Secondary objectives: Recovery, Regen, HP, Recharge

Touch of Death requires 6 slots to get a measly 1.88% S/L def. You can get the same amount of S/L def with 4 slots of Smashing Haymaker, at a fraction of the cost. Kinetic Combat is a even better choice, it has a 3.75% S/L def bonus for 4 slots.
I agree that the OP needs to decide what his goal is, but he does decide to go for defense bonuses, sets with good *typed* bonuses are the way to go.
Oh, and I disagree with you on slotting Aegis and GotA. They are both quite good sets for Invul, though there's no reason to slot more than 3 or 4 of each. But I do agree that slotting an invul for Psi res or def is a pretty pointless endeavor.

How about this? I have no experience with this combination but i have a DM/Invul brute at 50

Though I would definitely recommend taking UY at 16 instead of 22, and taking Rage no later than 22. ResEl can certainly be delayed or even dropped; it's by far the most 'skippable' of the Invul passives.
I'd also suggest that you find another slot to put in SJ and two-slot it with Blessing of the Zephyr (not the -KB one!) for a 1.56% E/NE def bonus. The same can be done with CJ if you have the slots.

I am making a ss/inv brute and i had no clue on how i should build him. So here is what i came up with. Let me know what you guys think and tell me in your opinion on what I should change. Thanks
