I've never seen a good mace brute, but that wouldn't stop me from trying.
Open up mids, go to window at the top and use powerset comparsion. Look at the damage compared to others. That should help with your decision

Mids 101. Yes you can campare dmg throught the graphs in mids. lol
If anything you will be a "unique butterfly" as barrier calls it.

Good or bad?
Want something different but effective. If I have good recharge, then wouldn't it be OK? Damage looks nice, got a stun and a small knockup.
