Wireless router and adapter questions

There must be some wireless users out there to help me ?
I am an ebil markeeter and will steal your moneiz ...correction stole your moneiz. I support keeping the poor down because it is impossible to make moneiz in this game.
I've isntalled some of the linksys N routers, and they have worked nice, esepcially considering they usually only have G cards.

If you get a new router, you don't necessarily have to get a new wireless adapter for your machine. If you're running Wireless G, you're fine for a router set up for Wireless N. You simply won't be able to take advantage of the multi-channel aspect of Wireless N (but will still get G-speeds).
I've had good luck with Linksys wireless products, though for wired, I'm on NetGear's Pro line (Blue metal boxes! YAY!).

now, my brothers computer is hooked up via wire to the router itself, mine is the wireless connection. Will his computer be any faster with an N router compared to a G router ?
Obviously mine won't unless I also get a dual band adapter.

Only if the new router has 10/100/1000 ports and he has a Gigabit network adapter in his computer, and then it will only be the network connection that is faster. Nothing in a router will speed up the computer itself.
I've not seen any G routers with 10/100/1000 ports, although they may exist.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

If the wired ports support higher speeds on the new router, his network card also supports the higher speeds, and you have good cable, then he may see higher speeds. Of course, pretty much ALL those speeds are higher than many Internet connections anyway.
And why are you going with a USB adaptor? >.< Regardless, if you're switching them all, sure, N router, N adaptor. Currently using a Netgear WNR834B v2 router myself (wired in, but it is a wireless router,) and I've had pretty good luck with Linksys prior to this (think I've set up more WRT54Gs at various peoples homes than is healthy.)
So I got a new Netgear WNDR 3300 router and WNDA 3100 adapter. They work great, faster internet loading faster ingame market loading with no crashes - however it's sporadic and doesn't stay functioning 100% of the time 
The software will say I'm connected and running at like 216 mbps but I won't be able to load any websites. I don't get it....any ideas?
