Flashback missions not loading

Hello all,

I have been doing a lot of Ouroboros arcs (Virtue, blue side); trying to get some quick merits. On two of the arcs, there are missions that will not load. I click on the door, and get the load screen, but the status bar freezes at about 10%. After about 4 minutes, COH just times out and sends me to the login screen. My internet connection and graphics are rock solid. I am sure this is not a problem on my end. I have been on COH for the last 4 years and have never seen an error like this. If I had to guess, I would say that it was a bug that came with the trick-or-treat event. Maybe the code in the door doesn't know whether to send you in the mish or give you a 'T or T' response. The specific arcs and missions are listed below.

arc: The Organ Grinders
mission: Rescue Dr. Snider

arc: Flux the Outcast
mission: Defeat all Trolls in base

Does anyone have any information about this bug...or at least a list of other arcs to avoid?

My problem with Ouroboros last night was quite different. I was doing the Willie Wheeler arc on my Crab Spider to get the Paragon of Vice badge for the Marshall accolade. The arc is lvl 15-19. However, even though my character was exemped from lvl 50 to lvl 19, all the mobs in the mission spawned at the lowest level as possible, instead of the highest. So all of the Wolf Spiders in the mission were lvl 1, while the bosses were lvl 11. All gray, no Inf.

Not that I'm complaining about the easy badge and the resulting accolade, but I would have at least liked some challenge and Inf. for my troubles.
