Here is my Halloween costume, in case anyone missed me. I dressed up as one of my favorite heroes and for the night, I was TaxiBelle Brawler!

Project H.A.V.O.C® is proud to announce that it will be sponsoring a Hollow's Eve Costume Contest! This event will be conveniently located in Atlas City at around 7pm CST! Everyone from level 1 to level 50 is invited to enjoy this event!
This particular costume contest will be THEMED specifically for Halloween! We ask that you put on your best Halloween attire and show us how scary or creative you really are!
Due to the nature of the TOS (Terms of Service Agreement) and the ROC (Rules Of Conduct) enforced by the game administrators. Any outfit resembling any form of copyright infringement will be consider disqualified from the contest, without the chance to change outfits. So please keep a solid mind, and ask yourself if your violating a copyright before attending the CC.
Judges for this event will be none other than your friendly Project H.A.V.O.C® members! Judging for this event will be based solely on themed outfits. Names, biographies, veteran pets, pets from a temp power, and any other non-costume based additive will NOT be judged!
