Click on Combat Attributes
Right Click on the Attribute you wish to monitor
Left Click on Monitor Attribute

Thx for the advice! Didnt know that you could monitor those 
Probably been answered already, but the same way you get to your Enhancement page, click on powers button (right next to Inspirations button), and then above where it lists all your powers, on the upper right click "Combat Attributes".
It should show you your regen rate, recovery, defense, etc.
