Any halloween predictions?

As I recall, Trick or Treat critters drop recipes and salvage in a specific level range, regardless of where they spawn or who defeats them. Is that still the case? It could skew supply if so. Prices on the Halloween event salvage will presumably tumble. Is that stuff dropped by the new event mobs or only the door-to-door spawns? Are we getting large inspiration drops as treats?

Any other thoughts?

I've been out of the loop so long that I dare only predict that I might pick the game up again and that I won't get any remarkable drops.

I agree that the Halloween Salvage prices will floor as usual.

To the best of my knowledge, it only drops from defeating the trick mobs this year, in order to stop door bell ditch.

Not sure about the normal drops as far as the effects on the market. It really depends on whether the Halloween Mobs are weighted the same in the drop rates. If yes, no real change. If less, then supply will slighly dip as we course the event.

Meh...Any which way, I'm gonna be badging like a madman.

Business as usual.

Heh, this brings back memories. I remember last year I hoarded up lots of costume salvage with plans to sell it later on when prices had rose, and I made my first profits with the market, flipping scientific theories. Time flies.

My one prediction so far is that, tentatively, I think there will be a lot more costume salvage this time. You can now get multiple pieces per door click, and a large team can get a lot more than one per click. If this prediction is correct, that will probably depress the price for the long term between this event and the next one.

That is a very depressing possibility for those of us who invested unwisely.

This may send all salvage prices down even further, and may ripple through the rest of the "economy" as well.

I've stored seven full sets in my blueside SG base, which is probably more than enough for the coming year. The rest will probably just be held by the characters who got it, to replenish the stock as needed, assuming I make seven more characters. So something has to be done with the salvage that they displaced.

On the contrary, some common/uncommon salvage is very slightly up (trans. I can't buy them for 123 inf any more) and none of the rare salvage I monitor has fell in price. I was interested in seeing if rares would crash like they did last year, but they apparently aren't going to.
