IIRC you have to win about 100 PvP encounters. No missions will drop PvP recipes.

PVP Recipes have a chance to drop for every pvp kill...
But it's the same thing like with reputation. Only one kill for the same enemy counts in 10 minutes.
It's possible in zones and in arena.
I believe they lowered the rep time to 5 minutes.

I'm not exactly sure where this question should be posted so I guess I will start here. I'm just curious as to how to exactly get PVP recipe drops. Do I need to do certain missions within PVP zones, etc.? Anyone have any specific info or know where I can find out.
