For the fluffy I would probably slot for -tohit and accuracy. I guess you can slot for immob but I doubt it would really provide much mitigation.

For fearsome stare you are gonna want to slot it for -tohit, accuracy, and recharge. By the time it wears off, even without the fear enhances, the minions and lts are gonna be long gone. The -tohit in it is the same as Darkest night, so you are gonna want to max that out. You obviously want lots of accuracy so it won't miss much. And you obviously want lots of recharge because it is hands-down the best power in the set.

Twilight grasp, I would try to cap the acc, throw 1-2 recharges in it, and a heal. It is possibly the best heal power in the game, so you're gonna want to 6-slot it.

Howling twilight, like the previous poster said, slot with 3 recharges. Probably wouldnt 6-slot it since the slots could easily go into the other dark powers and have more effect.

Oh yeah, for VS I wouldnt get it for team builds because it only has 1 ST attack that wont make much difference. Better to take something like assault or tactics if you needed to decide between the two. But if you solo, VS will make a big difference I think. Especially on a GM build (do elecs even have the necesary damage to solo GM's?)

I wouldn't suggest the end drain technique because you can lock the baddies down more easily, and reliably by having tesla and PG up as much as possible.

Man, I try to tell folks about the fearsome stare. Some PuGs said it was meh, but I tried it solo.....NOT MEH! Instilled like 3/4 of the 8 man mob. I don't have both ST holds yet. (Tesla cage and Pet gaze) When I do then yes, I'll be holding some bosses.

Thanks for all the insight guys. I really appreciate it.

Also, Phire thanks. Disregard that other thread of mine. Just seemed like a gang up thread.

A couple more details on my build: I use Shadowfall + Super Speed to give me full invisibility. Super Speed lets me get in position quickly to hit the larges number with the Fearsome Stare cone. I can also drag Fluffy and Sparky into position easily. This let me fit in Hasten easily, and still have room for Recall Friend -- very handy to have for Howling Twilight. On the Dark Miasma side, I only skipped Black Hole. I tried Black Hole on my Thugs/Dark Mastermind, and found it to be worse than everyone always says -- hated it and respec'ed out as soon as I could. On the Electric side, I skipped Short Circuit. I actually added the snipe late for a little bit of added damage, but it is skippable. The only APP power I took was Power Boost for the combo with Thunderous Blast. I fit in Hover at 49 for vertical travel and knockback protection, but I'm considering dropping Hover and replacing it with a Knockback IO and something else -- maybe Combat Jumping for the Immob protection.

LOCAL MAN! The most famous hero of all. There are more newspaper stories about me than anyone else. "Local Man wins Medal of Honor." "Local Man opens Animal Shelter." "Local Man Charged with..." (Um, forget about that one.)

Nice idea for the shadow fall + super speed. I wanted hover early on though so i can try to stay out of the way of mobs. I guess later on in my journey, or now I can respec possibly. There are alot of powers that I can take that would be useful, but I probably wouldn't get to use many epic power sets. I am also beginning to doubt Short circuits usefulness because at this point I am not seeing it.

I do much the same for Stormies -- Steamy Mist + Super Speed = full invisibility. On my Ill/Storm I was able to use this and skip both Superior Invis and Group Invis.

I have found SS works great for battlefield maneuvering. Just stay back from the tanks and scrappers, line up your cone for Fearsome Stare, and then hold, debuff and blast from range. Sparky and Fluffy have enough range to handle a little district.

It is consistent damage for a power of its type. Its not a lot, but it does add up in a team setting.

And some teams will surprise you sometimes. On a random GM team last night, we drained Jack of endurance, rather unintentionally. We just happened to have enough electric powers on the team that it happened.

Was kinda neat, at least I thought.

AV/GM resistance to endurance drain varies a lot from what I hear. Believe it or not, Reichsman's one of the ones that can be drained.

aye, when you hit an AV/GM with the analyzer, you'll be surprised who's got what type of resistances and how much....
