Out of curiosity, why Jab and not Punch, since the build already has boxing, AS and brawl? There's no shortage of fast-recharging melee attacks there.

I have a very similar build on my 50 Invuln/SS.
Another thing, let us know what you generally use your toon for? You said PvE, but do you solo much? Or team?
Heraclea has said in the past that she typically doesn't pick Rage. The ToHit buff in Rage could possibly eliminate the need for two Accuracies she has in each of her attacks. I'd guess that Heraclea teams far more than she solos.
Below is my main's build. He solos mostly and only teams for TF's or Raids or Giant Monster hunting. I did not choose Tough/Weave, cuz I think that's wasted on a solo build.
I unwisely chose Assault to get a little more damage; on my next freespec, I'll drop Assault, and pick Punch or Haymaker, remove all slots from Jab and put them into Punch or Haymaker. That will do far more for my damage output than Assault.
I chose Taunt way before Heraclea, primarily b/c I spend a lot of time exemped down doing Ouro arcs or re-doing TF's.
(Yeah, yeah; I can already hear you all: "Steadfast in Unyielding????? wtf were you thinking?" But Unyielding is the only Resist power in Invuln that affects all types of Resist instead of only one or two.)

In the old days, I didn't pick Rage for concept reasons. Yes, this was a reason why I slotted up Accuracy. I still do. I just found that build because it was very basic, worked well enough for a long time, and was adequately tough without IO sets.

My Hulkish build is very very simular to Heraclea's. I borrowed a bit ( ok I flat out used :P ) some slotting ideas from Herc's post on her build from a few years ago. I integrated some of my own ideas from my Tanker experiences. The main difference of the SS/Inv tanker is the endo usage. It took a bit of time to get the timing and what-not down from my Willpower/Stone Melee tanker which NEVER has endo issues. Anyway, this is just a new perspective for you ( The O.P. ) to peek at. Ultimately there is no one "right" build. Your playstyle will dictate what "works" for you. Just have fun with it !

Well, I guess it might make a small difference if slotting it meant that you underslotted a power for resistance that probably should be fully slotted, like UY or TI, but barring that, it really doesn't matter.
