Leveling up, no animation, no inspirations

I had two cases over Double XP weekend where my character would get enough XP to get to the next level. But at that transition there would be no level-up animation, and I would not get the large set of inspirations cast on my character. I would get the green level-up arrow in the round XP meter, and my level XP bar would return to zero like it should. And if I went to a trainer, I could train to the next level. I didn't lose any XP. Just no animation and no inspirations.

Unfortunately, one of those times was on a Brute that hit level 50. I was disappointed to not get the "special" level 50 animation.

Both times, I noticed I was playing a mission that was lower level than myself, so I was auto-exemplared down a couple levels. Not sure if that was the cause of this problem or not.

Anyone else experience this?

This is a known issue with the new SSK system, since gaining XP while exemped was never originally part of the exemp system. This has been happening to every character that levels while exmped. No normal leveling animation nor leveling inspirations.
