Scaling down to a specific level?
I'm thinking about taking some time off chasing missions and relaxing a bit taking lowbies on sewer runs.
Abandoned sewer runs. This presents the problem of levels. While I have a Lv50 mind/emp who's essentially a defensive powerhouse and well capable of shepherding characters with less tricks up their sleeve, what would be the best way of scaling down to the sewers' level? In theory I could try to track down a Lv38ish character to act as an anchor, but it seems a bit awkward. |
Nah, no second account, and since I'm hardly social {at least in any semi-permanent ties sense} so I've got noone on hand I can use reliably.
Create a MA mission and set it to level 38. Once you get your team together, start that mission. If that doesn't automatically change everyone to level 38, then have them enter the mission and exit it --- that should ensure everyone is level 38. Now, Go. Kil. Rikti.

Pick up an Ouro mission that caps at level 40 or start the Abandoned Sewer Trial.
Have you tried using a base pillar?
Again, the goal is to exemplar myself *and* a bunch of other players of a wide variety of levels. Going into Flashback mode prevents me from inviting anyone and will not accept characters below the selected arc's range.
It looks like your only option is the anchor character.
