base buff is all I can think of it last for an hour
There are Perc caps and Stealth caps per zone. As in the zone level determines the cap.
As for perc, get a teammate with a +perc power?
A /dev blaster with targeting drone, tactics and a precep IO in either of those will see a stalker within 10 feet, and if your sound is on you will hear a somewhat loud sound, which is the what you hear when stalkers activate hide.
If your a scrapper using targeting drone, no luck, you won't hit cap without something in your secondary granting +precep.
10 feet is a lot closer then most think.....it's actually basically melee only. get a stalker to stand beside you with all that and you should see him.
If after all those boosts (drone/tactics/IO) and your precep isn't blue (meaning capped) then....there's something wrong and they changed something, i'll check mine and send a bug report because i havn't heard anything.

Yup, it's not blue. When I stand next to a Police Drone it jumps to 1153 and turns blue. Otherwise with tactics, targeting drone and rectified reticle it's at 1142 (I may be off by 1 or 2. I did this last night and can't recall exactly)

According to paragonwiki the Hero Perception cap is 1153 and the Stalker stealth cap is 1143. So if you have max perc you should be able to see a stalker with stealth cap within 10 ft, right? However the numbers in paragonwiki seem to conflict with a sentence in the same section which says "Maximum total Stealth and Perception for players depend mainly on level, with Stalkers having higher Stealth caps." I'm I mis-interpretting the numbers?
In any instance I'm not at that 1153 perception cap...yet. My blaster has Targeting Drone, Tactics, and the Rectified Reticle +perc unique, which gives me a total of 1142 perc in PvP. My second question is there any other addition I can get for my Hero for that 11 extra feet of perception.
