2. Depends. People don't stick to any one server necessarily. Some do. Others play across multiple servers. Where, precisely, would you count those people? If you're looking for load, watch the server list. It goes from last on at the top, then lightest to heaviest load.
3. There have been spikes and dips throughout its history, but 100-125k is the range it's been in. Recently we haven't had numbers published, but have been told subs went up recently.
We really can't tell you the answer to any of those questions right now.
Right after release was the highest point, I think, or maybe right after CoV came out. But with the recent issues, we haven't seen the numbers to be able to tell you exactly, or if the high number has changed.
And only the Devs know what the current number of subscriptions are, although they usually release those in their quarterly reports.

I've heard that too, although the number of folks actually logging in seems to be dramatically down the llast couple of weeks. I'm chalking it up mostly to CO and Aion. Hopefully it's just a temporary dip, and COH will actually be the "new shiny" for folks to check out when GR goes live.
