Oh but it has. Im in central time zone also. Been getting 2XP for about the last hour or so.
It started immediately after maintenance today.

Then explain why I'm getting the same XP as i did last night.....and we are supposed to get account reactivations, my other account isn't reactivated......
and I'm also in Central Standard time.
Account reactivation would be driven by the NCSoft account system but 2xp is IIRC turned on by a flag on each server. It is possible you are on a server that was not turned on.

Account reactivation is handled through a completely different system so there is no reason to think it won't start when indicated, or perhaps even later if there are any issues.
As for not getting double XP, are you by any chance in MA? Someone already posted that it's not applying in there.

ok, people are getting rude trying to tell people it's started already.....well, it's 10:34am Eastern Time as of the writing of this post. Guys, Double XP starts at 11:59am EST, which is an hour and a half away. Quit telling people in the game it's already started. There will be a downtime and then a MoTD to tell us.
