heh, he's had the Arch-Villain rank since that arc was first added when Peregrine Island was added in Issue 1. City of Villains wasn't around yet so there wasn't an equal "Hero" rank designation yet. Why they haven't changed it since then who knows. It's definitely funny to see the first time you check his info though.

My team ran the Tyrant mission and saved Statesman..I was having fun , making him chase me around after we finished. Then, I clicked on him to read the info. He shows up as an arch-villain!!! Could this be a slight 'dig' from the devs? *giggles*
