The proc will only have 1 chance to fire in LR/SC, where as it has a chance to fire on each target hit with TS/ET.
I never found the proc to be of much use anyway since Lightning Rod adn shield charge recharge every 27 seconds for me.

Here's my planned build...still tweaking but so far I feel good about it. Decent regen and recovery, low idle endu usage, and *almost* softcapped to all 3 (okay a few short on AoE but close!). You could swap the -KB pro on CJ for a LoTG, and add a few more around the build (Grant cover, Phal. Fighting, etc...) But I don't think Shield Charge and LR coming back 5 seconds faster is worth the extra several hundred million for all the LotG 7.5's.
Open to suggestions as always!

3 of the last 4 posts (at the moment anyway) have discussions of elec/shield. Methinks elec/shield may be the new dm/shield.

I think there may have been a bug with procs in Lightning Rod at one point it may be fixed. I have had the force feedback in Thunder Strike on my electric brute for awhile now and love it. Works great there because your usually using Thunder Strike after Lightning Rod or Shield charge anyway so it will help those 2 powers recharge faster.
