Changes to the Server Maintenance Times

Being proactive and spreading the word for those who don't favorite/visit the Announcement section.
Cross-posting this in Player Questions and the Tech forum, since that's where this question is asked most often.

We have tried to find a suitable time to minimize the impact on the gameplay experience of a majority of our players but with our player communities scattered across various time zones, you can probably appreciate that this is no easy task.

We thank you for your patience and understanding with this matter.
