Open up your powers tab, then at the top left click Combat Attributes.
Then right click the attributes you want to display.

It'll bring up a window of various drop down tabs. In those, you can find all of the various statistics for your character. Clicking on one will bring up a box of options, one of which is "Monitor this Attribute" or something like that. Clicking on that will bring up the box you've seen, and you can put whatever attributes you want to monitor in that.

I usually keep it basic:
Regeneration Rate
Recovery Rate
Endurance Consumption
Influence
Experience to Next Level (on non-50s)
Then, depending on what type of character I am using, I'll add other items like Defense, Damage resistance, ToHit and Damage bonuses, etc.
