Which one is the current plaync 30 day time card?

Both. The first appears to be a US card while the second appears to be a EU card. See Time Card

I noticed the Blue CoH ("Game")ones that 'snapped' off the hanger into the size of a creditcard are now one solid piece, when did they change to those? My stores were without any form of them for awhile, I was happy
Edit: I just looked at an old card, I usually got mine at target, the one-piece one I just got was from bestbuy and it specifically has the bestbuy logo in the corner.

It looks to me that they finally updated the packaging. The red one still shows Tabula Rasa and Dungeon Runners (Now free to play till they shut the servers down.)
