Yep, every 12 months, and it was retroactive, too. So if you were a four-year-vet when extra character slots came out, you immediately got 4 free character slots. Basically, a free character slot is a "freebie" thrown in with whatever other Vet Reward you get at each 12-month period.

Speaking of vet reward stuff. . . . it's been four months since my peacebringer ended up bugged, with rewards all the way up to 42 months (I'd been playing for 8 months at the time). I just NOW activated the 9 and 12 month rewards tonight (since I just hit 12 months just now, yay!). . . but has there been a statement yet about fixes to any of this? Yes, I did do a bug submission, way back when it occurred. Thanks in advance for helpful comments!

I seem to recall that as part of the vet reward program, accounts subscribed for certain amounts of time gain free character slots. Am I misremembering this?
And if not how much time per slot?
