Mez and set bonuses

Always on. You do however lose the benefit of many toggles when you get mezzed.

For example, if the power I picked up at 49 is slotted with level 33 IOs, I will still have those set bonuses at level 30 (say, doing Citadel TF) even though the power is not available.

I'm curious because I was playing my Fire/Fire blaster last night, who has over 30% ranged defense from set bonuses. Does he lose that when mezzed, or is it an 'always on' kind of thing?
