I know that one...the the others, even the little update patchnotes, even if it just says, fixing stability issues....... I would like to know whats being changed on every single patch.

However, we're not entitled to know every change made to their servers, and if the game plays exactly the same after the fact, then they are under no obligation to tell us.

I'm not so worried about the stability patches, but there aren't even any patch notes for the Issue 16 release on the News page.

PlayNC® does not have to give us any patch notes if they don't want to. I understand that you might want to know what was being changed but it could be something simple that doesn't really require an explanation or perhaps they are preparing for something in the future they don't want players to know about just yet.
If that's the case the mysteries are kind of exciting! Yay!
