Electric Mastery for tanks and scrappers please.

So far I'm really enjoying my sheild/electric tank. It would be icing on the cake if we someday get Electric Mastery as an epic pool.

And if there are any other archetypes out there missing some of the elemental damage types for epics you should add that in for them as well. Its nice to keep to your character theme Atleast thats how I like to do things with my character.

Add to that either additional Patrons to cover the neglected Elemental types, OR just straight up Ancillary pools for villains which cover those gaps.

Hmmmmm...

Electrical mastery/Thunder Mastery/Lightning Mastery for tankers and scrappers rough idea:

41 Electric Fence: Ranged, Moderate DoT(Energy), Foe Immobilize, -End, -Recovery

41 Static Discharge: Ranged (Cone), Moderate DMG(Energy), Foe -End

44 Power Efficiency: Auto: Self +Recovery, Res: -recovery

44 Tesla Cage: Ranged, Minor DMG(Energy), Foe Hold, -End, -Recovery

47 Voltic Sentinel: Summon Sentinel: Ranged, Moderate DMG(Energy), Foe -End, -Recovery

The problem with this is that I've been up all night and the only electrical themed EPPs are Mu Mastery for Brutes and Stalkers (Who we know do actually play differently than scrappers and/or tanks) and Electricity Mastery for Blasters (Who player VERY differently than scrappers and/or tanks) Thus it's hard to come up with something decent. The +Recovery auto I figured should be better for +recovery than physical perfection, but not as good as stamina, much less quick recovery, but it also gives the -recovery resistance too.

Why not create Electric Support/Control sets first and then create an epic pool by pulling powers from those?

You don't need to look at other lightning APPs, you need to look at other APPs within the same archetype, and these powers do not follow the Tanker and Scrapper pattern, which is:
T1: Support/Control
T1: Support/Control
T2: Ranged Attack
T2: Unique Power (Could be anything; debuff, control, etc.)
T3: Ranged AoE (cone or targeted AoE)

But you're right, Electric Mastery is taken, so they'd have to have other names. Lightning Mastery and Thunder Mastery sound pretty good.

With all that in mind, the pool has about a 90% chance of being:

T1) Electric Fence
T1) Shocking Bolt
T2) Lightning Bolt
T3) Ball Lightning

With something unique for a second T2. Probably Voltaic Sentinel.

Because putting together a pool of 5 powers is much, much easier than putting together two whole sets of 9 powers each?

Thanks, Vaden, it was late when mine up and it was the first time I was coming up with an APP set that was seriously meant to be in the game, and I kept trying to figure out what pattern Scrapper and Tanker APPs followed but couldn't figure it out.
Also, your suggestion is a lot nice, though I'd still be a little iffy on Voltaic Sentinel, even if I was the one who originally proposed it because...
Well, again, I was half-asleep writing mine up and because I was basing that off of the Stalker and Brute's Mu Mastery for gaining pets.

Also, Leo G, please do not EVER again ask a suggester "why didn't you do it this way?", please! Unlike-... Actually none of my characters can read minds and neither can I. (Sorry if I'm jumping to conclusions, your post reminded me of one too many people saying the "why didn't you do it this way?" when I posted my idea for a Japan zone.)
