Mouse Binding Question
I don't believe that the mouse buttons can be used as modifiers like alt, ctrl, and shift can be.

Ya I'm thinking the same thing, bah!
You are right, mouse buttons cannot be chorded (except for the game's MOUSECHORD, representing both buttons).
The only way to do something like RButton+D is to use a third-party program to re-program the mouse button to act like a different key, (like ALT, control, shift), and then use the bind ALT+d for your strafing. But then you wouldn't have any way to right-click on anything normally, because the game would think you're hitting ALT... unless you also re-programmed right-click as another key as well or unless you used a third mouse button as your reprogrammed alt button instead (for example).
Or, used the third party program to rebind the RMB + d to another key (like F13, or a combo if it can).

Hey folks.
I'm trying to bind "strafe left/right" to my right mouse button + A and D.
So when I want to strafe right i'd hold down my right mouse key and D at the same time.
So far I have tried the in-game menu option which doesn't let me add the two together. I also tried keybinds such as;
RBUTTON+D "+right"
and
D+RBUTTON "+right"
Neither of which work. The game ignores the first button in the series so I end up with unwanted results.
Any ideas?
