That has worked for me in the past.

It's listed in the Known Issues thread that Niviene posted yesterday.
We, the players, have no idea when it will be fixed. You'd be more likely to get an answer to that by sending a PM to someone on the Dev team, although they may not know.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
